The focus of Pimienta Chocolate is to create a candy bar inclusive to all demographics. Though everyone loves chocolate; with nonstop competition it can be extremely hard for great chefs to reach their consumers.

Scoville Heat Units were invented in 1912 to measure the pungency of peppers & chiles

 

All pictures shown were taken with one soft box & custom made polycarbonate sheet back-painted Sherwin Williams Moscow Midnight with added glitter flecks. Several photoshoots carried out in natural/harsh/soft light to find aesthetic mood.
